I'm really glad to see that this has returned, I had wondered whether it had quietly been abandoned but it is great to see that it hasn't!
Two things though:
1) Have you considered showing Tali's face when you're on Rannoch, the helm removal scene that is so frustratingly cut in vanilla? 2) Instead of the Shep-Ashley scene have you considered using the shep-kaidan scene? I'd assume the majority of people who romance Tali haven't romanced Kaidan (either as femshep or in a gay romance), so it's a scene they likely wouldn't have seen. When there is a chance that they would have seen Ashley's considering she's only romanceable by male shep.

1. That would require not only building a new visor-less Tali model, but would also require a lot of coding for swapping and streaming in the alt Tali model without her visor and redoing the scene camera to show her face, on top of doing new coding so the the face reveal scene only occurs with romanced Shepards (I strongly believe that Tali's face should only be shown to players who romance her).... all of those - my main priorities in TRM are the new cabin photo and giving Tali/Shepard a love scene alongside Ashley/Kaidan/Liara (along with hopefully making those listed changes to the 3rd Dream).
2. With regards to this question: - Never just "assume" with regards to mod users - my main John Shepard romanced Tali (and always will, lol), but one of my FemSheps, Rachel, did romance Kaidan in ME1/ME3 so I have seen the FemShep/Kaidan love scene. (just because players may have one MaleShep who romanced Tali, that does not mean that's the only Shepard they have)
- Ideally yes, I would like to use the FemShep/Kaidan LI scene as a basis for the new Tali/Shepard scene. In practically, however, using the Ashley/Shepard scene is a lot more viable on a technical standpoint - trying to build a scene using the FemShep/Kaidan one would most likely require coding in new streaming states and other types of code, which for now is above my current knowledge of ME3 mod coding (streaming states isn't a big strength of mine, lol).

Personally I feel it's the perfect moment for all Shep's to witness her face, but I understand why you don't want to, both for the technical reasons and for romance reasons. I thought I'd suggest it anyway 2. With regards to this question: - Never just "assume" with regards to mod users - my main John Shepard romanced Tali (and always will, lol), but one of my FemSheps, Rachel, did romance Kaidan in ME1/ME3 so I have seen the FemShep/Kaidan love scene. (just because players may have one MaleShep who romanced Tali, that does not mean that's the only Shepard they have) Well, I wasn't really assuming much, more making an educated guess from what I know of my own and my friends experiences with ME3, and also the statistics that Bioware released that showed over 80% of players used maleShep and Kaidan had only a 17% survival rate. Obviously the rates for modders or people using mods would be different because they tend to have a far greater love of the franchise and end up playing it more often. I'd still say that the majority of people who play a male in straight romances wouldn't have seen Kaidan's gay romance and are less likely to have seen a femShep Kaidan romance. I just checked the scene both for femShep & Kaidan as well as maleShep & Kaidan. While you are right about the femShep version, wouldn't the gay maleShep version be just as viable as the Ashley/maleShep romance scene? In the femShep scene it is Kaidan who is pushed onto the bed, but in the gay version the roles are reversed and it is Kaidan who pushes Shep onto the bed, other than that it is the same scene just the characters are reversed.

I had no idea that scene actually existed in the game Also gotta say, seeing Kaidan using the same animations and expressions as FemShep in that scene? Creepy as hell to me, lol I'll take a good look at that particular scene, but am guessing it's still going to require some kind of streaming to put Tali in place of Kaidan (as a simple mesh/texture swap isn't going to work, I believe)

Hey AVPen! I've never done a Tali romance but fully intend to once I go back to the trilogy again later this year, I'm quite excited to follow this mod and see how it pans out.
I apologize for going off subject slightly, but figured I'd ask, is the Massive Email and War Asset Mod dead? I remember it looked quite promising awhile back, and I was really looking forward to adding it to my modlist. I completely understand if it didn't pan out, as I got pretty far in creating an armor pack mod myself, and real life and everything interfered and I never got around to finishing it.
Thanks for all the work you've put into this community!

I thought MEWAM was folded into the Expanded Galaxy Mod. I just assumed it after not hearing any updates for months.

avpen I like what you did with model but what do you think about this pic ? early concept tali I think this would have been best 3D model for her,but I also know its not easy to create models.I imagine it would fit the cabin photo better than vanilla reveal, only downside is its drawing rather than 3D model

I made an account here just to say that I would be over the freaking moon with joy if this mod comes to fruition!! It's such a good idea. Tali is my favorite <3 And i'm still bitter from the treatment she originally got in ME3. So something to the extend of the Miranda mod, would compel me do yet another Trilogy playthrough, 100%! Using emails to add more character interactions is a great tool! I mean, Andromeda pretty much does it all the time... (Too much in my opinion: Unlike hardworking modders, they had resources to create voice acted cutscenes, they didn't need to skimp!) I wonder what a suitless Tali would look like. Just a light blue female with hips for days, three fingers and altered legs and feet? Quarians are supposed to have pretty similar biology to humans. Also wanna say AVpen, i'm a big fan of your mods on the Nexus! Speaking of which, did someone here make this? Yes, a fully animated model already exists!

Work on this mod and other things have been somewhat delayed... I blame BioWare for releasing MEA at the end of March, along with blaming Atlus for recently releasing such a f***ing excellent game as Persona 5, lol will get back to work once I finish my NG+ playthrough of P5. Speaking of which, did someone here make this? Yes, a fully animated model already exists! From the look of things, it seems that video was animated in a 3D program, not in-game (so all of the existing problems and issues with trying to create something similar in ME3 as an in-game scene still apply). I also have to say that just for myself, I'm not as impressed with that kind of video, if only because the video's creator got such a basic flaw with revealing her face in that vid - Tali should still have her helmet on (she only took off the visor portion of the helmet in the scene), not a full bare head with flowing hair

It's definitely a hard time to be a modder I'm looking forward to what you next show us , I've been unable to romance Tali purely because it got on my nerves so much about the way they dealt with her face.

This is a problem for the romance scene as well. (at least for ME2, I can't for the life of me remember what her romance scene in ME3 looked like) This gives me an idea though, can we put a video file in the middle of a scene? If we can, you can animate Tali taking her helmet off in a video file and put it in the middle of the scene (while also replacing her model to reflect that) It would be a cheap shot but it seems easier than to put new animations and editing everything.
