I know the Frostbite engine is notoriously difficult to work with for modders, but I'm wondering if anyone knew or heard of any recent method/processes of extracting meshes and textures from MEA? (yes, am aware that the game is still pretty new for mod work, lol)
Main reason I'm curious is that I had an idea to reverse-import the new MEA version of the N7 armor (aka the "Pathfinder" armor set, as worn by Alec Ryder in the prologue) into ME3 as an alternative N7 armor for Shepard.

Going to move this to the textures/meshes section, since it will get more attention there ottemis might know something about this.

Yes, we have export functionality for MEA, both WV and Ehamloptiran are working on tools for it. I have no feelers out for WV's progress, I'm working with Eham. His tool is in alpha testing stages atm and not released to the public as of yet. We've got a discord channel up for MEA modding here, feel free to join and stay in the loop.
