Hello. I read the pinned threads, so I hope I'm putting this post in the correct subforum. I checked the Wiki and I didn't find enough information for my questions.
I never fully enjoyed Mass Effect like other RPGs because having a voiced main character is annoying to me. Are the files with Shepard's voice actor organized in a way that will easily allow me to delete them, like in a subfolder, or are they scattered, meaning I would need to listen to every audio file in the whole game?
Would I need to replace each file with a silent audio file, or will the game function without them? Would the security of the Origin client not allow the game to function if the audio files are changed? Do you suggest that I don't attempt this goal because it's too difficult? I know that the game might still be annoying because the character's mouth will still move along with the words, but it might be less annoying than hearing the voice.
I only want to play the first game. I don't like the sequels.
I mostly expect you to say this is impossible. Haha.

Disabling by deleting files or lines is not very practical.
Why not just turn down the dialog volume?
