While talking in the Modding in 2017 thread, the idea came up for a permissions template, as many modders don't know what to include. The goal of this thread will be to come up with said template. I'll likely put it up for download on the BCN Website and we can also put up a link here.
The template will be clearly licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0, so modders are free to adapt it to their liking. The more suggestions we can get and the broader the appeal, then it's more likely to be of some use
Here's what we have so far:

PERMISSIONS
All permissions are specific to this mod. These permissions do not extend to any of my other mods.
1. You MAY/MAY NOT alter this mod for personal use.
2. You MAY/MAY NOT redistribute (upload/share) this mod.
3. You MAY/MAY NOT use these assets in other mods.
[Bullets below only included if "MAY" is selected; final bullet is optional; more criteria may be added]
4. You MAY/MAY NOT release compatibility patches for this mod.
