Yep, just copy and paste the text like from your second screenshot into PasteBin or something. But do try installing ME1 and ME2 and see if that fixes it. Alright first I'll say I've installed both ME1 and ME2, however when I try to run them they don't even run. So I can't play them for some odd reason. So in other words, they are installed on my PC, they just won't run. And they haven't made a change on opening ME3Explorer. But to the matter at hand, here is what I found in Event Log, for both ME3Explorer and .NET Runtime (and I put them in PasteBin like you suggested): Application Error on ME3Explorer.NET Runtime on ME3Explorer

Hrm. Some weird stuff going on there. Sounds like there might be some problems outside the toolset if you can't start ME1 and 2. Still, one more thing you can try is going to %appdata%/Local and finding something like ME3Explorer and deleting it. Should reset your ME3Explorer settings. Sometimes they can get messed up.

Thanks for your efforts on trying to help me, I appreciate it.

I had this exact same problem and went all through the troubleshooting steps and it did not help whatsoever. I had all the requirements, game folder was there and waiting, etc.
Finally figured out what was going on. When I had applied some other mod using mod manager before booting up ME3Explorer, my "DLC" folder within the "BIOGame" folder located in the main "Mass Effect 3" directory had been renamed to "DLCtest".
Well, I'm not 100% sure that was the cause, might have been Mass Effect Modder that renamed the DLC folder. But in any case, make sure that your DLC folder within Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\ hasn't been renamed for some reason. When I renamed mine from DLCtest to simply DLC, ME3Explorer immediately worked like a charm.
Hope this helps anyone looking.

The toolset does NOT rename folders like this.
Definitely not something ME3Explorer did.
