Ok, now this really is just getting ridiculous.... I just met Conrad Verner's slightly more sane sister. Bioware just loves to tie everything together. But the logic in me says that the odds of all of this are ridiculous and it really breaks the story for me when they do stuff like that.

Oh, it's getting worse, believe me: The terrorist hacker going after AIs in one of the sidequests is a programmer who just happened to have worked on Project Overlord for some "black ops group" and has a son who just happens to have been one of Overlord's test subjects.... it's funny how Dr. Gavin Archer didn't mention ANY of this about other programmers who escaped the project or who had children used in Overlord back in ME2 or ME3.

avpen Oh goddess. I only skimmed the spoiler since I don't want spoilers but I also couldn't resist getting an idea of what's going on. Yeah, I knew something like that would happen given some other info I saw. Seriously Bioware, it's a flipping universe. We do not want all characters to be second cousins!!!!

That's an awful lot of coincidences. - Cora Harper (who may or may not be the Illusive Man - Jack Harper's - daughter)
- Zaeed Massani's son
- Saren Arterius' protege
- Conrad Verner's sister
- Nyreen Kandros' cousin
- Project Overlord researcher

Ok, so maybe this isn't as bad as the other "references" in this game, but this still annoyed me a bit: Ran into a pair of racist human scientists on Kadara who were former Ceberus members, but left the organization after they felt TIM was "straying from the path" and was wasting his time with Ms. Lawson to "bring people back from the dead" with Project Lazarus.... because yeah, not like it wasn't previously established that Cerberus cells are cut off from each other in terms of what projects they worked on and Project Lazarus would've ONLY been known to the members of the Lazarus Cell (and not a pair of no-name scientists who were working on mind control and linking minds together). EDIT: Forgot to mention that these two putzes also had full knowledge of Project Overlord and everything involving its failure, because why the f*ck would they NOT know all about that project either...

While not really fair, I don't need to do a review. SmoshGames covered it here.

Hah yeah bit harsh but not entirely wrong. I'm happy to say I've not seen any bugs yet that made progress difficult (or any I can remember tbh).

Does anyone really hate Andromeda and want to remove it from their Mass Effect Trilogy? I might have a fix for that: ME:A will never be a part of my trilogy; I plan to write it out and have many objections to it 1) Why would to Reapers let Milky Way civilization escape the galaxy? 2) Wouldn't it be big galactic news? Wouldn't Shepard or someone else mention "Oh, well even if the Crucible fails and we get wiped out here, we will at least have the hope that the Andromeda Initiative might succeed 3) If all these people connected to the main cast, like Saren's protege, Conrad's sister, Zaeed's son left for the Andromeda Galaxy before ME3 WHY DOES NO ONE MENTION IT? I know, I know, Bioware didn't know that there would be an Andromeda Initiative when making Me3, but it is so immersion-breaking.... I think I'm going to write that the geth array - of 3 mass relays - the Andromeda Initiative used to map dark space was a Reaper trap meant to ensnare any Milky Way sentient trying to escape the galaxy. The Geth WERE, for a while at least, loyal to the Reapers in Me3 and the Mass Relays are Reaper tech... and why would the Reapers make it possible to map out an intergalactic escape using their technology?

arianrhod But then CEM Full with Kaidan makes no sense. The lore!!!! In all seriousness though, the initiative is, well, I'm not excited for the story like I am playing through ME1 again right now. I still prefer the OT.

OH! Citadel epilogue mod! No. That is not part of my EMS canon... which is basically a big TLK edit job to remove the "Synthetic Organic Conflict" BS; Andromeda, Leviathan DLC, etc. Its Mass Effect with the mistakes removed. IN THE EMS CANON THERE IS NO STAR BRAT (dies)

OH! Citadel epilogue mod! Sorry, yeah, that was vague. Totally kidding of course but I did sneak in an AI video when Shep meets with Kaidan. Poor reddit user thought he had found the best Bioware Easter Egg ever. :S

New patch for MEA got released today - no new changes or additions to the CC, but hair textures did get some improvements, along with some other cinematic scene changes and bug fixes. Additionally, people with the Deluxe or Super Deluxe editions got a brand new "Athletic" casual outfit for Ryder: Honestly, I kinda like the new outfit for Sara as something athletic and sporty (minus those stupid headphones - why are there headphones in the future where Ryder's implant allows them to hear sound directly in their ears?). But Scott's outfit, on the other hand? Hate the piss out of it He looks like some f***ing "douche bro" from GTA who's wearing a potato-sack (and again, those stupid damn headphones...). EDIT: Also looks like Vetra got a new outfit for her romance scene with Ryder, just like how Garrus got a casual "romance scene" outfit in ME2/ME3: Unlike Garrus, thought, Vetra actually bothered to take off her visor during the romance scene lol
